What do you call the person who carries an urn for a funeral service?
I know a person is called a pallbearer when he carries a casket, but what if it's an urn?
It appears that the person would be called either a pallbearer or an honorary pallbearer. I did a quick search on yahoo and found a funeral home that answered your question. The link appears in the source field.
