Is having a cemetery a good idea?
I own 10 acres ... approaches. 1 acre is useless for building due to the services Nearest metro. I thought about creating a low-cost cemetery for cremated remains for burial by a certain time. Also there would be no restrictions the type of ground cover or markers. I just need a copy of the death certificate and 2 live information to sublet the record keeping. I looked the laws and no laws about this idea ... than the remains should be buried deep 18inch. This idea came to us, because the high cost of funerals and moasoleum vaults. My wife wants a pet cemetery for cremation animals ... the same conditions.
